Refunds, Returns, Cancellation & Digital Course Policy
Digital Products
All digital products—including downloadable resources, PDFs, curricula, templates, and recorded materials—are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Digital Courses
Digital courses—including self-paced courses, video lessons, memberships, and any bundled digital content—are non-refundable.
- Access to course materials is granted immediately upon purchase.
- No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once access has been provided.
- Course access is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or redistributed
Tutoring Sessions & Educational Services
All tutoring sessions, consultations, and educational services are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
- If a session is not rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited and must still be paid in full.
- Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
Cancellation Policy (Tutoring Packages & Ongoing Services)
- Clients may cancel ongoing tutoring services or packages with written notice.
- Any completed or scheduled sessions remain non-refundable.
- Cancellation does not apply retroactively to previously delivered services.
- Outstanding balances for sessions already scheduled must be paid in full.
Physical Products
We accept returns for eligible physical products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.
